1. What We Collect
Passport Path collects information you voluntarily provide: email address (newsletter/eligibility quiz), quiz answers, and affiliate contact form data. We also collect anonymized usage data through Vercel Analytics (page views, navigation patterns) when you consent.
2. How We Use It
Email addresses are used to send the newsletter you subscribed to and eligibility quiz results. Quiz answers are used to match you with relevant citizenship routes — we do not sell this data. Anonymized analytics help us understand which content is most useful so we can improve the platform.
3. Third Parties
We use Supabase (database, EU-hosted option available), Vercel (hosting and analytics), Resend (transactional email), and Google Gemini API (AI responses). We do not sell your data to advertisers or data brokers. AI chat messages are processed by Google Gemini and subject to Google's privacy policy.
4. Your Rights
Under GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. You may withdraw consent for analytics at any time by clearing your browser's localStorage. To request data deletion, email us at the address below.
5. Cookies & Local Storage
We use localStorage (not cookies) to store your analytics consent preference. This data never leaves your device. Vercel Analytics may set performance measurement cookies only when you accept analytics.
